Along with our Rice, Millet and Corn we also grow beans. Like all our grains, our Pulses are all Organic and grown without pesticides. Instead of treating our Pulses with harmful carcinogens to prevent weevil growth we would rather harvest and pack in a nitrogen filled pouch. The air we breathe is a combination of Oxygen, Nitrogen and eons. Living organism only survives in the presence of Oxygen. So when you remove oxygen from the air you only have Nitrogen left. It is this Safe Nitrogen we then fill the pouches with, meaning weevils, bacteria and microorganisms are far away from the food. Until you have opened the pouch.
